We planted our organic cider orchard and opened our orchard-side bottle shop in the Spring of 2020 and love welcoming visitors to the farm to taste our cider.

Our six-acre orchard contains 1,700 trees, including 29 different varieties of cider-specific and multi-purpose Heritage apples.

The trees were planted, without tilling, into our fields that had been in fallow for many years, building their organic content to support our organic, sustainable, mid-density, semi-dwarf orchard. We have kept the meadows in which the trees are planted in their natural state.

The collection of used eyeglasses has been one of the major recycling projects of Lions International, who collect hundreds of thousands of pairs annually. They send them to MMI for upgrading/repair and routing to where they are needed. Donation boxes are located at The Marsh Street Centre, Clarksburg Post Office, Thornbury Post Office, Thornbury Home Hardware and Foodland.
